For everyone who knows the ins and outs of selling text link ads, I’ll cut to chase. When I’ve needed to advertise my businesses in the past, I always choose to make that happen. Seriously though, their pricing is way better than their competitors and the click through rate that you’ll get is pretty amazing, it was for me at least!

Who wants to sell text link ads, or even buy text link ads? Anyone who wants to would benefit from adding text link ads to their website. Anyone who is looking for more traffic to their website would benefit from putting their ads on other people’s websites. It’s as simply as that, no need to go over it in multiple paragraphs, that’s it! What does it mean to sell text link ads or to buy text link ads? Buying and selling text link ads means that you are either putting advertisements on your webpage in the form of text link ads and then receiving a part of the profit when someone clicks on those links or if you are putting your link on other websites, you will pay a small fee each time someone clicks on the link which will bring them to your website. Text link ads are amazing though because they can fit so comfortably in plain text, therefore not always looking like an ad. No one wants a huge annoying flashy banner staring them in the face, right? I’ll assume you agree! 
When?
The best time to buy or sell text link ads is most definitely going to be right as the site becomes active or depending on the type of site you run, before the site becomes active. If you can before the product or service is even available, you’ll build the suspense and therefore increase your ROI once initially available. Another great time to buy or sell text link ads is even after your website is up and running. Honestly, if your website is getting the traffic and business that you are comfortable with, the only option you may need to look at is putting text link ads on your website because it’s extra money, for doing quite literally only a few minutes of work. Depending on your business, it can be anywhere between $1.50-$5.00+ each time someone clicks on your link and that doesn’t even mean they have to spend more than a few seconds on your site. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have that kind of money to throw away! Oh, and I know $1.50-$5.00 doesn’t sound like a lot but it can add up quick when you sell text link ads online, especially when you start getting hundreds of clicks.
Now let’s go over the second part of the ‘where’ question and that is where will you place these text ads on your site? Just like when you’re cleaning your house, you want to start at the top and work your way down. Obviously when someone and keep track of where YOUR eyes go. If you’re continually looking in a specific area, your viewers most likely will too!
Why?
Seems to be life’s big question, eh? Why why why? I’m going to start with my big ‘why’ question and you can click here to ask your big why questions. I’ll answer those questions on the blog as they come in. My biggest why question was, why should I buy or sell text link ads instead of banner ads? I always thought banner ads would lead to because they’re flashy, they’re big, and everyone seems to see them. All of this is correct but only a very few get results. It can be expensive to have a tempting banner created and it can be expensive to have that banner listed on other website. With your own website, it can honestly look cheesy (depending on the banners) if you have them plastered all over your website. Yes, the name of the game is to make money, but not by selling out altogether.
